At SABAT, we understand that a flat or failing battery can leave you stranded and disrupt your day. That’s why we offer convenient overnight shipping and overnight collection options on eligible SABAT battery orders.

Overnight Shipping

Place your SABAT battery order and select our Overnight Shipping option at checkout.

Orders placed before the applicable daily cut-off time will be processed for overnight delivery, subject to product availability and courier coverage in your area.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, public holidays, or outside our operating hours may be processed on the next available business day.

Overnight delivery is subject to:

• Product availability
• Successful payment confirmation
• Courier coverage in your area
• Correct delivery details being supplied
• Weather, road conditions and unforeseen courier delays

While we aim to deliver overnight, overnight delivery is not guaranteed in areas outside standard courier service zones or where unforeseen circumstances affect the courier network.

Overnight Collection

Customers who prefer to collect their battery can select Overnight Collection at an eligible SABAT store.

Your order will be allocated to the selected store and prepared for collection once stock and payment have been confirmed.

You will receive a collection confirmation once your battery is ready.

Please do not travel to the store before receiving confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Collection From SABAT Stores

Overnight collection is available from participating SABAT/Xpress battery centres and approved SABAT stockists, subject to the selected store having the required battery in stock.

SABAT has a national network of stockists, fitment centres, part shops and Xpress battery centres across all nine provinces.

Store Collection Requirements

When collecting your battery, please have:

• Your order number
• Proof of payment
• Valid identification
• The vehicle registration or vehicle details, where required

For security purposes, the person collecting the order may be required to provide identification matching the order details.

Battery Availability

Not every SABAT battery is available at every store.

If the selected store does not have your required battery in stock, we may arrange stock transfer or offer an alternative participating store where available.

Orders are only considered ready for collection once the customer has received a collection confirmation.

Battery Fitment

Customers may request battery fitment at participating SABAT/Xpress centres.

Fitment availability, operating hours and applicable fitment charges may vary between locations.

SABAT also provides a Battery-on-Call service for customers requiring battery delivery and fitment. SABAT currently lists this service as available seven days a week, from 07:00 to 22:00.

Important Information

Overnight shipping and overnight collection are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, courier coverage and participating-store availability.

We cannot guarantee overnight delivery or collection where:

• The required battery is out of stock
• Payment has not cleared
• The delivery address is outside the courier's overnight network
• The selected store is unable to fulfil the order
• The order is placed after the applicable cut-off time
• Circumstances beyond our control cause a delay
